CONSULTANCY - AEROSPACE
BASED BRISTOL

Our client is a progressive and rapidly expanding part of an international consultancy. They provide high end technical and project management services to the prime aerospace companies. They are a strategic supplier to both Rolls-Royce and Airbus UK, and as such are involved in some of the most challenging and exciting aerospace projects in the world:

• A350
• A400M
• Trent 1000

All candidates must be in a position to obtain UK security clearance to BC level. Additional restrictions may apply to certain projects.

As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of fixed price aero structures engineering packages to agreed time, quality and financial performance parameters. Overall project value is £3m, and expected to run for 9 months. You will lead, and be supported by, a team of project managers and lead engineers. A proportion of the work will contain a sub-contract element, and hence you will also be responsible for managing the contribution of supply chain organisations.

Candidates will ideally be degree qualified or with suitable relevant experience and have experience of managing engineering projects to time, quality and cost objectives. Aerospace industry experience is desirable, but not mandatory. Experience of supply chain management would be beneficial.
